When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

My order marked as “Delivered”, but I did not receive it?
USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. If this is the case, your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package. Or contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Do you accept returns?
We want our customers to be healthy and happy. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept opened packages. However, we will be glad to accept a return or exchange for unopened items within 14 days of delivery. **Shipping will not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you want to return an item, just let us know by emailing us: email@example.com. Please include the original packing slip with your reason for the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund within 7-14 business days. A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Defected/Damaged items: We double check, and triple check packages before they ship out, but if anything were to happen, we are here to fix it. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org your order #, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 5 business days of delivery. We must receive the returned damaged item within 30 days in order to receive an exchange or refund.
