Refund policy

At CliqOnU, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened packages.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at love@cliqonu.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will assist you with your return. 

Once your return is approved for a return, please ship the item back to us.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

A credit will be issued to your original payment method, which may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Send us an email at love@cliqonu.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened packages.
